All orders are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods:

We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or your local postal service depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your item ships.

 

🌍 Domestic Shipping:
Delivery times vary by location:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

 

💌 Packaging:
Your order will arrive beautifully and securely packaged — perfect for gifting or keeping!

 

🎁 Need it fast?
If you need your item by a specific date, message me before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

 

At Desi Design – Handmade with Heart & Soul, your satisfaction means everything to me. Each piece is handcrafted with love and care, and I want you to feel happy and confident with your purchase.

 

🧾 Returns & Exchanges:

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

🚫 Exceptions:
Because of the handmade and often personalized nature of my items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale or marked as “final sale”

 

💵 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping).

Want a bag in a specific color, size, or detail? I offer customizations based on materials I have in stock. Just send me a message — let’s create something meaningful and made just for you!

 

📐 What Can Be Customized:

  • Color combinations (based on available cords/fabrics and Leather)

  • Bag dimensions

  • Strap style (braided or chain, if applicable)

  • Add-ons like charms or accents

 

🕰️ Timeframe:
Custom orders typically ship within 5–10 business days depending on the complexity and material availability.

 

📝 How to Order:
Send me a message with your ideas before purchasing. Once we finalize your design, I’ll create a custom listing just for you!

 

🚫 Note:
All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, due to their personalized nature.
